中野愛菜（なかのえな）

心に宿る愛や光、そしてときに痛みや悲しみまでも、すべて“生きている証”として絵に込めています。

私にとって絵を描くことは、内なる声に耳を澄ませ、見えないものを光として映し出す行為。色やかたちは、心の奥にある記憶や感情と響き合いながら、ひとつの世界として現れていきます。

作品は、見る人の内側にそっと語りかけ、忘れていた感情や、胸の奥にしまっていた想いが静かに息を吹き返す。その光の対話を通して、人が自分の中の愛を思い出し、“ありのままの自分”を抱きしめられるように。

そんな願いを込めて、私は絵を描いています。

日本での個展をはじめ、ニューヨーク、上海、トルコなど世界各地で展示を開催。ニューヨーク・タイムズスクエアの巨大電子掲示板にも作品が映し出されるなど、活動の場を広げている。

Ena Nakano — Light and Heart Artist

I infuse my paintings with the love, light, pain, and sorrow that dwell within the human heart —

each brushstroke a testament to the simple miracle of being alive.

For me, painting is an act of listening to the inner voice

and translating the unseen into light.

Colors and forms resonate with the memories and emotions that lie deep within,

weaving together to reveal an entire inner universe.

My works gently speak to the viewer’s inner world,

awakening forgotten feelings and long-buried memories.

Through this quiet dialogue of light,

I hope each person remembers the love that already lives within them,

and embraces themselves just as they are.

That is the prayer behind every piece I create.

Exhibitions & Achievements

Ena has held solo and group exhibitions in Japan and internationally —

including New York, Shanghai, Turkey, and Australia.

Her artwork was also displayed on the giant digital billboard in New York’s Times Square,

expanding her presence to audiences around the world.
